Anker Stuy and ERW Joinery join forces on Accoya test field
In the spring of 2024 Accsys, the makers of Accoya wood approached Anker Stuy with the request to supply a frame for the outdoor test field at the Accoya factory in Arnhem. Here you will find all kinds of frames and panels from Accoya wood with all different coatings. In collaboration with ERW Joinery from Middlesbrough, England a windowframe is made to demonstrate here.
This is the first English-style window frame on the test field of Accoya. Funny enough, the idea of doing this together with ERW Joinery came during a visit to their factory. They hinted at not liking the Dutch window frames. When Emile Stuy, Commercial Director of Anker Stuy, heard this he challenged them to make a beautiful English-style frame. This would then be used on the outdoor test field of Accoya, and so it happened.
