Production Employee

Anchor Stuy Coatings is a leading manufacturer of high-quality paint and coatings solutions. We pride ourselves on our innovation, durability and top quality. Due to the international growth of our company, we are looking for several enthusiastic production employees to join our team!

As a production worker at Anker Stuy Coatings, you will have the unique opportunity to learn all about making water-based paints. You will be deployed in different areas of production, so you will become a real all-rounder. Don’t worry, you don’t have to get dirty! We work accurately and neatly, we expect the same from you. Also, our production area is safe. Of course you have to follow guidelines.

In our modern factory, the paint production process begins with the careful weighing and mixing of various raw materials, such as pigments, resins and solvents that are put together like a recipe, so to speak. After our laboratory has checked the quality, the product can be further processed in the factory. This whole process is semi-automated where knowledge of equipment is also taught to you. Clean and precise work is extremely important in order to deliver a high quality product to the customer.

Who are you?

• You have a good work ethic, know how to get things done and are results-oriented;
• You are precise and think in solutions.
• You can work well both independently and in a team and bring enthusiasm.
• Affinity with engineering and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.

What you will do:

• Filling & packaging of our products.
• Operate production machines and filling machines.
• Cleaning equipment and clearing work areas.
• Ensuring that materials remain replenished.
• After an introductory period, an evaluation will follow to see if you can advance to other positions on the production team including paint making. This position comes with responsibility that must first be demonstrated.

We offer a competitive salary appropriate to the position and its responsibilities. The maximum salary is €2685 per month. This depends on your age and the experience you bring. This ensures that our offer is in line with the prevailing rewards in the industry and your colleagues.
